Our state of the art specialized operation theatres are supported with well-trained staff to look after our patients. We have our presence in the society since decades and now with a multispecialty set up of 100 Beds including emergency cardiac services like Cathlab, CTOT, Dialysis Unit, Critical Care Unit and many other facilities we offer all medical specialties, subspecialties, investigation & diagnostics facilities under one roof.

Khyati Foundation is built upon the vision of our founder Mr. Kartik Patel, to create a revolutionary universe of dynamic schools and colleges that offer well-rounded education from Kindergarten to Post Graduation.

Khyati World School
Established in 2015, CBSE affiliated Khyati World School offers minds-on curriculum with hands-on teaching. The two most important things we aim to give our children are roots to grow and wings to fly. We provide education from kindergarten to 12th grade.

At Ninos, we practice Disguised Learning wherein we use games and other creative activities to keep your toddlers happily engaged. This way children are basically having fun and playing, simultaneously developing skills for complex future curriculums.
In addition to that, with purposeful play and nourishing guidance, our research-informed approaches beautifully blends the long-established wisdom of Maria Montessori and Reggio Emilia, nurturing the innate talent with modern understanding.

Khyati School of Design has been set up to provide quality education to aspiring designers. An inspiring lush green campus packed with world-class amenities inspires design enthusiasts to ideate & create with no borders and restrictions. Khyati School of Design looks at global trends in teaching methods and curriculum and applies customised versions of the same.
The Design School runs both Bachelors in Design and Masters in Design programs. The design school provides bachelors degree in the area of Fashion & Costume Design, Lifestyle Accessories Design, Textile Design, Industrial Product design, Interior and Furniture design and Visual Communications. We offer Masters Degree in the specialization fields of Fashion and styling, Interior and Spatial design and User Experience design.

Since inception, Khyati Realities Limited has been adorning the cityscapes of Gujarat with praise-worthy residential and note-worthy commercial projects. The company has grown from strength to strength having successfully completed 25 years, delivered over thousands of homes, built many projects and has to its credit over millions of square feet constructed with over thousands of satisfied residents. At Khyati Realities Limited, we believe innovation is the key to success.
The company came up with the first green affordable housing project of Ahmedabad named “Green City”. Currently, we have a land area of 63 million square feet under development, with another 90 million square feet of land area under planning stage.
